Momence processes your data on our behalf as a data processor, and maintains its own privacy policy, data protection policy, and security policy, available at momence.com. Because Momence is a US-based company, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA); Momence provides a Data Processing Addendum and appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for this purpose, which we can provide a copy of on request.

Google Workspace - we currently manage some correspondence through our Google Workspace email account. Google acts as a data processor for data handled through this service and processes data under its own data processing terms for Workspace customers.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
